- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Katie the PA is extremely knowledgable in the field and pharmaceuticals. She is the only reason I continue to go there. I prefer her over the doctors who I have seen. Dr. Philips & Holder have terrible bedside manner, and handle ur woman parts in a tough & rough manner, leaving you in more pain, and they want u to come back every week. Once, on a friday, Dr. Holder lanced & drained a labial abscess. That night I was in awful pain & the new hormones he gave me were causing side effects. I called the office to speak to an on call doctor....come to find out they don't have an on call doctor to respond to patient's needs after hours. There "on call" doctor is working at the hospital. So you wait it out, or go to the ER. seems to me, if u do surgeries in office and prescribe meds that could negatively affect someone, you should have an answering service & on call doc. Katie Moore is amazing, though. Once, I told her I had a growth, she located it, called Holder to get his opinion, but he couldn't even find or feel it.June 08, 2017by Cynthia Phelps
